Shipping - Orders will be shipped within one to two business days of purchase. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service, Priority Mail, with 2-3 day delivery time in the United States. Orders can be shipped to APO addresses. If overnight or International shipping is required, use the e-mail below to inquire about additional charges for those services.

Returns - Product may only be returned within 15 days of purchase.

Restock Fee - A 20% restocking fee will be assessed for any returned order.

Refund - Item price, minus the restocking fee, will be issued after item is returned in good condition. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Cancellation - If order is cancelled BEFORE it is shipped, you will receive a full refund. If the order is cancelled AFTER it is shipped, it will be treated as a refund per the policy referenced above.. Orders refused at delivery will be treated as a refund per the policy referenced above.

Damages - All items are carefully packaged for safe shipping. If your purchase is damaged in shipping you will be eligible for a refund or replacement if Spirited Whimsy is notified within 48 hours of receiving item.
